    Why would you discontinue such a brilliant product?

    My favourite moisturiser for years. The only one that did not irritate my skin. And now it's been discontinued. Yes, I know I'll get the auto reply that this product "was not a continued good fit for our brand" etc. Well, looks like I'll have to find another brand, because none of the other moisturisers come close to how good this one was. Why would a company discontinue a product so popular that it was often sold out? I guess their profit margin wasn't sufficient? Time to go elsewhere.

    Hello! We're sorry for the disappointment. While it was an amazing formula, after considerable deliberation, the hard decision was made to discontinue this product. The beauty industry is constantly changing, both in consumer preferences, and access to new information/research and technology.     The Best Moistorizer Discontinued?????

    I am very sad this has been discontinued, and I will need to look for another brand, because i do not at all like the product you recommended as an alternative.

    I have used this moisturiser for the longest time and absolutely love it. So sad it has been discontinued.

    Hello! Thank you for your feedback on the recent discontinuation of the Clinical Ultra-Rich Moisturizer. While it was an amazing formula, after considerable deliberation, we decided that it was not a continued good fit for our brand.

    The beauty industry is constantly changing, both in consumer preferences, and access to new research and technology. A wonderful alternate to try would be the Skin Recovery Replenishing Moisturizer, or to really lock in hydration the Skin Recovery Hydrating Treatment Mask as an option.     Great for dry skin

    I love this moisturiser, I apply to damp skin after my niacinamide so I have no problems spreading the thick product like others complaining in the reviews. Skin looks plump and energised in the morning.

    Ultra Rich Moisturizer

    After trying countless moisturizers from low to high end, I can honestly say that I found my Holy Grail moisturizer.

    This cream just melts into my skin without being greasy and locks in moisture. I love the feel and texture of this cream and will always repurchase.
